LB-087 Vienna Lager - Der Wilde Hund

For LB-087 we opted to try a Vienna Lager with the slight modification of using Czech Saaz as our hop. We used this noble hop for both bittering and flavor.

So... the goal was a balanced brew highlighting clean maltiness with sweetness offset by the hop additions and a smoothness associated with the lagering process.

While the reviews have been generally positive, the most notable "tasting" note was a comment about the viscous pour and its mesmerizing effect.
