LB-070 Keep the F* Back Farmhouse Ale (BIAB)
Experimental Farmhouse with BiaB. It was drinkably off target.
By August the Luddites had grown tired and impatient for the world to find a new normal. Braving the difficulties of coordinating a safe brewing experience, they innovated their way into a solution. With a lot of ideas and little practical experience they adventured into the territory of BiaB (Brew in a Bag).
The results were informative, and quite quaffable, though not necessarily on spec for the recipe. With each sip LB-070 reminds the drinker that though the times are rough, and social distancing is an imperative, one can still brew beer with enough PPE.
