LB-042 Shelter From the Storm Scotch Ale
High wind warnings coincided with a Nobel Prize for literature to suggest the name... a Scotch Ale to help one survive all that the weather and the political climate can muster (and it is mustering more than I could have ever feared).
This is our second batch using our own grain mill and our third batch taking the time to prepare a yeast culture before brew day.
Awfully hard to dedicate a Scotch ale to an American poet without a tip of the Tam to Robert Burns & John Barleycorn.
