LB-012 Individual Mandate Imperial IPA
We brewed this batch in the Humble Carport the Saturday following the U.S. Supreme Court ruling on health care.
After fermentation and dry hopping, we transferred 5 gallons to a new Rye Whiskey barrel from Woodinville Whiskey Company for an attitude adjustment. The treatment took so well that it warranted its own label.
